By using X Factor Recruits, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

X Factor Recruits provides benchmark-based athletic evaluations and recruiting tools. We do not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, or offers. Evaluations are informational and based on published benchmarks.
3. Account and Data
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. You must not misrepresent metrics, grades, or eligibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for spam, impersonation, or any illegal purpose. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our systems.
5. Intellectual Property
Our platform, content, and branding are owned by X Factor Recruits. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to provide services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for recruiting outcomes, data accuracy beyond our control, or indirect damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated.
