X Factor Recruits is an independent recruiting technology platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, any athletic conference, or any college or university unless explicitly stated. Benchmarks and matches are informational. They do not determine eligibility, admission, scholarships, roster spots, or coach interest.
Your data
XFR collects account details, athletic metrics, optional academics, film links, and product usage events needed to evaluate, match, and protect the account. We do not sell personal information.
Your control
Athletes and families control coach visibility, searchability, profile sharing, and contact permissions. Profiles default private. Minors stay undiscoverable until a parent or guardian is linked.
Verified information
Testing can be self-reported or verified. Verified results are labeled. Unverified metrics never become a guarantee of level, offer, or roster status.
X Match
X Match explains where an athlete’s profile aligns with available school data — athletic, academic, major, location, and cost when present. Alignment is not admission, scholarship, or coach interest.
X100
X100 is an opt-in verified performance ranking by category. It is not an evaluation scoreboard and is not a recruiting ranking of “who will get offers.”
Coach verification
College coach seats move through a structured verification trail: pending review, verified, review required, suspended, or revoked. Only verified seats can search discoverable athletes. Coaches do not automatically message athletes. Communication stays under athlete and family control.
Security
Accounts use encrypted transport, server-side authorization, rate limits, and a security audit log of sensitive actions (visibility changes, grants, deletions). We do not publish attack-sensitive implementation details here.
Retention
Account and athlete profile data are kept while your account is active. Parent or guardian magic links expire by design and expired tokens are purged. Operational job and notification noise is cleaned on a schedule. Security audit logs may be retained in anonymized form after account deletion.
Data sources
School and recruiting context comes from published sources such as College Scorecard, roster benchmarks, and recruiting calendars. Records can be current, aging, or incomplete. Stale data is not presented as current fact.
Minors
XFR is a 13+ platform. We do not create accounts for children under 13. Athletes 13–17 use a parent or guardian-linked experience before coaches can find the profile.
Report a concern
If you believe a coach seat was misused, a profile was accessed incorrectly, or data is inaccurate, contact privacy@xfactorrecruits.com. Trust & Safety reviews verification status, access grants, and related audit events.
Delete / export
You can export a copy of your account data and delete your account from Profile settings. Parents or guardians may request review or deletion at privacy@xfactorrecruits.com.
